By Purchasing Power Coach Command Center You Agree To The following:

Effective Date: May 21, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to and use of the Power Coach Command Center, a product and service provided by Epique Realty ("Company," "we," or "us"). By subscribing or using this service, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Subscription and Billing

One-Time Setup Fee: You will be charged $1,297.00 USD plus applicable taxes immediately upon purchase.

Monthly Plan: You will be charged $399.00 USD plus applicable taxes on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.Optional Add-On:

Custom branded mobile app is available at an additional $149.00 USD per month.Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

2. Additional Services and Charges

There are no platform fees. Any revenue you earn using the Power Coach Command Center is 100% yours outside of standard third party payment processing fees.

Optional services such as AI, SMS, and Email tools are usage-based and charged separately. Full pricing details for these optional tools are outlined below.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via: Settings > Company Billing > Cancel Subscription. You may also email us at [email protected] for assistance.

Refund Policy:

We offer a 7-day refund policy from your initial purchase or renewal date. Refund requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

$1,297 Set Up Fee is Nonrefundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Disputes: Billing issues must be reported within 7 days of the charge.

4. Recurring Payment Authorization

By clicking 'Complete My Purchase,' you authorize Epique Realty to initiate recurring payments in accordance with these Terms.

5. Membership Benefits

- Unlimited users and contacts

- Complimentary $10 credit monthly toward optional services (AI, SMS, Email, etc.)

6. Optional Services Pricing

Phone System:

- Outbound Calls: $0.0147/min

- Inbound Calls: $0.0089/min

- SMS: $0.0083/segment

Email:

- Sending: $0.675 per 1,000 emails

Email Validation:

- $2.50 per 1,000 verifications

AI Services:

Conversation AI: $0.02/message

Review AI: $0.08/response

Workflow AI:

GPT-4 & 4o: $0.036/execution

GPT-3.5 & 4o Mini: $0.018/execution

Content AI:

$0.0945 per 1,000 words

$0.063 per image

Funnel AI (Beta):

First 5 funnels free

$0.99 per funnel thereafter

Address Auto-Complete:

Search Request: $0.002972

Address Completion: $0.00525

7. Sub-Account Transfer Policy

You may transfer your sub-account into Power Coach Command Center from another GHL agency, but not out. This preserves our proprietary assets and systems.

8. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

All site and service content is owned by Epique Realty and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

All content is provided "as-is" with no warranties, and we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Houston, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
