What’s your refund and cancellation policy?
The one-time setup fee of $1,497 is non-refundable, as it covers the complete buildout of your custom coaching platform. You can cancel your $399/month subscription at any time - but please note that canceling will immediately remove access to your platform, automations, funnels, community, and all features tied to your account. If you decide to return in the future, a new setup fee may apply.
What Does The $1,497 Set Up Fee Include?
The $1,497 setup fee covers your entire branded platform buildout, including your website, funnels, payment system, calendar, CRM, community, automations, and more - fully customized and done-for-you.
Is the $399/month required?
Yes - this monthly fee gives you access to your platform, hosting, CRM, community, all features, updates, and weekly coaching calls with Rob. This replaces $1,400+/mo in tools you'd need to pay for separately.
This also includes your FEATURED CONTENT in the Epique Power Academy, with opportunities to teach company-wide promoted events like webinars and masterclasses
Who is this platform for?
This is built specifically for Epique agents who want to start and scale a coaching business - even if they’ve never coached before, built a funnel, or written a sales page.
What if I'm not tech-savvy or have no coaching experience?
That’s exactly why this exists. We build everything for you. You’ll also get a video bootcamp and ongoing support from Power Coach Rob Stein and the Power Coach team.
How fast can I launch?
7-10 days from the date we receive all of your materials and all required tasks on your end have been completed.
Do I need to pay extra for the mobile app?
Only if you want it. The custom mobile app is optional and available for $149/month. Your platform will still work beautifully on desktop and mobile browsers either way.
What kind of support will I get?
You’ll get live coaching with Rob, support from the Power Coach team, platform walkthroughs, and a private group of fellow Power Coaches to stay accountable and supported.
Can I coach agents outside of Epique?
Yes! While this is built for Epique agents, you're free to coach any agents — including outside your organization or brokerage. This is your business, and you’ll always keep 100% of your coaching revenue.
